Terms of service
The agreement between you and CarryMeGo: how the service works, what we are responsible for, and what we expect from you.
Effective October 20, 2026. Last updated October 20, 2026.
The agreement
For users in Nigeria, these terms are an agreement between you and Campus Hub Ltd (RC 1710580, a private company limited by shares registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria).
“CarryMeGo”, “we” and “us” mean Campus Hub Ltd. By creating an account or using CarryMeGo you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What CarryMeGo is, and is not
CarryMeGo arranges the carriage of food. You buy your food directly from a restaurant or vendor (a Local Spot) and pay them yourself, at their price. CarryMeGo never sells food, never takes payment for food and never adds anything to your food bill. We only arrange, and when payments are live collect, the delivery fee.
- A customer who posts a pickup route is a Neighborhood Benefactor. Others nearby can join the same route as Draft Ninjas and share the delivery cost. If nobody joins, the route can still go out solo.
- A verified Runner claims the route and carries every order on it.
- Local Spots are independent businesses, not part of CarryMeGo. The quality, safety, contents, price and preparation of your food are between you and the Local Spot.
We guarantee carriage, not contents: our responsibility is getting the order that was handed to the Runner to you. We are not responsible for what is inside it.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- CarryMeGo is currently open in Nigeria, and your account is created there. Only support can change your country afterwards.
- One account per person. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in secure.
- Other users see your display handle, never your full name. Your optional phone number is shown only to your matched Runner or customer while a delivery is in progress.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
If you order or join a route
- Post only real orders you have already placed and paid for with the Local Spot.
- Keep your dropoff PIN private until the Runner is with you. Entering or handing over the PIN confirms delivery of that order.
- Be at your dropoff point on time and respond in the delivery chat when the Runner needs you.
- If a Local Spot does not have your order ready, the delivery may be skipped or delayed. The money you paid the Local Spot stays between you and them.
If you are a Runner
- You must pass identity verification before you can claim a delivery, and keep your document valid. If your document expires, claiming is paused until you verify again.
- Use the transport mode you registered and carry it safely and lawfully. Speed is never rewarded: your tier, and the value of deliveries you can claim, grow with reliability.
- Collect each order with the name check at the counter, and complete each dropoff with the customer's PIN (or a geotagged photo where the app allows it).
- Never open, tamper with, swap or keep an order. Theft or tampering leads to removal from CarryMeGo.
- You carry deliveries as an independent person using CarryMeGo, not as our employee.
Payments, credits and honor
Payments are not live yet, and no fee is charged today. Before we charge anything, we will update these terms with the fees, when they are charged and how refunds work, and Paystack will process payments in Nigeria.
Any credits, tips, rewards or honor points in CarryMeGo are platform credit only. They are never cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another person, and expire.
What you must not do
- Use CarryMeGo to carry anything illegal, dangerous or not food from a Local Spot.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against or endanger anyone.
- Post fake orders, impersonate someone, or open more than one account.
- Try to move money between users outside CarryMeGo, or get around our fees, checks or limits.
- Interfere with the service, access other people's data, or copy or scrape the service.
Chats and content
Each delivery has a chat between the Runner and the customer. It is kept for 30 days after the delivery, longer if it is attached to a dispute, and may be reviewed to resolve disputes and keep people safe. Do not share anything illegal or abusive. We remove reported images immediately.
Safety, suspension and closing your account
To protect people, our automated safety systems can freeze a delivery, hold a payout, pause claiming or hide content while a person reviews what happened. They never ban anyone permanently or refund or pay disputed money on their own: those decisions are made by our staff, and every one is recorded.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. You can close your account at any time by emailing support@carrymego.com.
Our responsibility to you
We provide CarryMeGo with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the food itself, for the acts of Local Spots, or for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control.
Where the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim connected with a delivery is limited to the delivery fees paid for that delivery. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing takes away your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, contact support@carrymego.com first; most problems are solved quickly that way.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are resolved by the competent courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as CarryMeGo changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use CarryMeGo after that means you accept the updated terms.
